In his position as Senior Project Manager Mr. Grossman directly manages projects from early development through project completion. Mr. Grossman's involvement begins during pre-construction with constructiblity analysis, detailed estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and purchasing control. Mr. Grossman is in charge of the office management for the project consisting of estimating, value engineering, planning, master scheduling, contract negations, subcontract procurement, coordination with all field superintendents, and cost control. Mr. Grossman has over 45 years in the construction business. As Senior Project Manager, Mr. Grossman will be responsible for making all necessary resources to ensure a successful project. Mr. Grossman has contributed years of hands-on experience spanning all aspects of project delivery.

In his position as Superintendent, Mr. Schwehr is responsible for the day-to-day management of the project and field coordination of the trade contractors. Mr. Schwehr is also in charge of the safety and accident control for the project as well as being responsible for labor and local jurisdiction relations. During the past 23 years, Mr. Schwehr has established a successful track record for completing many complex and sophisticated construction projects.

In his position as Superintendent, Mr. Brady is responsible for the day-to-day management of the project and field coordination of the trade contractors. Mr. Brady is also in charge of the safety and accident control for the project as well as being responsible for labor and local jurisdiction relations. Mr. Brady has 33 years of construction experience with a variety of projects. Mr. Brady's duties have included project scheduling and monitoring, quality control, material deliveries, and have also included
estimating, budgeting, shop drawing reviews, and successful coordination
of subcontractors.
